About the Teacher Training Course (TTC)
Beata was appointed and blessed by John Scott to run this course on his behalf.
Being a teacher is a great privilege and responsibility. If you feel, like Beata, the need to help others, this course will give you all the necessary tools to become a good teacher.
You will learn the secrets of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, both the techniques and adjustments for each asana, as well as their therapeutic nature.
Thanks to her enthusiasm and commitment, Beata will take care of this process and will make every effort to ensure that you understand and assimilate the material.
Anatomy, philosophy and pranayama classes will be an integral part of this course.
After completing the course, the student will be able to teach Ashtang Vinyasa Yoga with a deep sense of confidence and knowledge. Beata will work closely with everyone and provide plenty of individual support and tuition.
The course will be certified by John Scott with a diploma recognized by him. For this TTC a course manual will be provided from John’s original material with his permission.

Being physically active and strong but also very intuitive, she was driven towards finding a practice that was not only challenging for
the body, but also moved something from within. Along the way there was also dance as a form of expression… But it was yoga that became the stepping stone.
Beata acknowledges the importance of spiritual immersion. Mind, body and spirit being inseparable. Stepping onto the mat gave her a sense of completeness. It revealed the limitations of mind and body and at the same, encouraged to move through those limitations. As she says Ashtanga is very humbling. It requires time and patience.
Beata spent a couple of years practicing diligently, traveling the world, searching for a teacher and mentor to guide her. She was fortunate to meet techers like: Lino Miele, Nancy Gilgoff, Prem Carlisi, Rolf Naujokat and many others on her way.
Once she found John, the connection and bond were instant.
Shortly after she finished his Teacher Training Course (TTC RYT 200), she begun to assist him in John’s workshop and courses around the world. Currently she is certified teacher -level RYT 500.
Beata teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga on a daily basis at Akademia Ruchu in Wroclaw, Poland. She is organizing TTC for future teachers, gives workshops in Poland and abroad. Highly experienced as she is, she remains humble and teaches with great attentiveness and dedication. It’s a feeling of being held. No matter the day or the particular practice you’re going though, you have the sense that she is there for you, to help and guide.
A true teacher quality captured in a kind and gentle being.
Founder of Akademia Ruchu in Wroclaw Poland.
Stuart is founder of the popular loveyogaanatomy.com website and YouTube channel and has been teaching yoga related anatomy for the last 9 years both on teacher trainings and international workshops. He has been practicing yoga for 18 years, has a BSc Hons in Health Studies and for the last 10 years has been offering Therapeutic Bodywork exclusively for yoga practitioners. The underlying philosophy that guides what he shares is that knowledge is of no value unless we can understand how to use it and have use for it. With this in mind the workshops he offers focus on: what makes us individual, how can we understand our limitations and restrictions and how can we avoid injury and create balance. Stuart endeavors to bring as much fun and practical experimentation into every workshop and emphasizes the importance of getting to grips with the concepts rather that getting bogged down in the detail.
